PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the futurepassports.com website can receive about the User, as well as any programs and products posted on it.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Before applying to the court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the site and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute). 
The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the claimant in writing about the results of the claim consideration. 
If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation. 
The current legislation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Site Administration. 

MAKING CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User. 
The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the futurepassports.com Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
